 Located on 5 Acres surrounded by protected National Seashore. Spectacular Wellfleet location. Quiet, private, peaceful, and beautiful. Walk down a private dirt road and over the dunes to get to a sandy, Cape Cod National Seashore beach.  Great place to kayak. Full water views from this contemporary 1 level house - not a cottage - over 2,300 square feet with lots of windows, sliders, an enclosed 3 season 'Florida' room, and water views. Not your typical rental. Open layout kitchen -dining -living room. Full-sized, high quality appliances and cooking implements. 2 full baths,  ceiling fans, an outdoor shower and laundry. This home can accommodate 2 families or an extended family with good privacy and roominess.  Located on Bound Brook Island Road within the protected Cape Cod National Seashore. Walks on the beach, swimming, exploring, relaxing - this is living!  If you're young at heart or open to youthful pleasures - kayak, swim, collect shells, bird watch, fish, be creative, or do nothing. In the evening - watch the sun set over the water, breathe in healthy sea air. The sea!

An open layout living - dining - kitchen area with  2 convertible sofas. Three Bedrooms each have a Queen bed.  One Bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a TV.  One Bedroom has 1 Full bed.  Separate TV room with a twin bed. Bonus room. 'Florida' room. Laundry room. 2 Full baths. 

Great beach for swimming.  Fun for kids.  Gentle waves,  no riptides to worry about.

Grill outside overlooking the sea - the sea! So beautiful here. Dine at Winslow's or the Wicked Oyster. Their seafood dishes are fresh and fabulous. There's the Wellfleet flea market, the Marconi site where Marconi invented wireless 100 years ago. From Marconi beach you can hike the Atlantic Swamp Trail. Visit the Highland Light Lighthouse in Truro, Audubon Society Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary - what a great place!  Watch the sunset - steps from  Meant To Be.  From Meant To Be it's  a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Gentle bay beach waves, no riptides. Rent a kayak, surfboard or sailboat from Jack's. Kayak, swim, or walk to Great Island from Meant To Be, explore the National Seashore, try to make it to Jeremy point (lotion up), collect sea shells, relax, let the kids have fun exploring, collecting.

The public beaches - ocean, bay, and pond - are beautiful, swimmable, and not as crowded as other parts of Cape Cod.
